Yanko Popstoilov graduated from the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski” in Sofia with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Health. He holds three Master’s degrees: in National Security from the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies in Sofia, in Organization and Management of Corporate Security from the Military Academy “Georgi S. Rakovski” in Sofia, and in Health Management from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.

In 2019, he co-founded the pharmaceutical company “Reimex Pharma” Ltd., where he holds the position of Executive Director. The company specializes in the supply of medicinal products for rare diseases and adheres to international and national best practices in the industry, including GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and IDP (Identity Provider). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Importers of Unregistered Medicinal Products for the Treatment of Rare Diseases.
