Gergana Kostadinova holds a Master’s degree from the Military Academy “G.S. Rakovski” in Sofia, specializing in Communication and Information Systems. She has long led the Training and Quality Control department at Telenor Bulgaria. She has participated in various corporate projects, including testing and checking the technical quality of interactive information menus, and developing and managing projects for innovations that facilitate customer services. She has conducted numerous training sessions related to sales and quality control, including for the Sofia Library.

In 2022, she became a leading figure. She is proficient in English and Spanish and has experience with Oracle Siebel CRM. She has completed various additional qualifications and certifications, including Sales Management, Certificate from COPS for Quality Management, Leadership Train the Trainer, Emotional Intelligence Stress Management, and Certificate from Adverse Events and Product Complaints Reporting by Alexion.
