World Orphan Drug Congress Europe 2024

Yanko Popstoilov and Gergana Kostadinova, participated in the World Orphan Drug Congress Europe 2024. The World Orphan Drug Congress in Europe is the largest and most established event for orphan drugs and rare diseases in the world. The prestigious forum brings together leading experts in the field of rare diseases from around the world. More than 2,000 people take part, and there are 250 speakers.

Among the main topics of the conference are the development of new therapies for rare diseases, regulatory challenges in the approval of orphan drugs, patient access to innovative treatments and the role of patient organizations. Among the participants are representatives of pharmaceutical companies, regulatory authorities, researchers, representatives and patient organizations.

The participation of our representatives will contribute to the exchange of experience and good practices, as well as to the establishment of new partnerships, for the benefit of patients with rare diseases in Bulgaria.
