Participation in the Balkan Endovascular Congress in Sofia
Representatives of Reimex Pharma attended the Balkan Endovascular Congress in Sofia! Leading physicians from 5 continents gathered in Sofia at the Balkan Endovascular Congress to present new trends in bloodless treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
This year’s main focus is the most up-to-date practices in the modern treatment of stroke and cerebrovascular pathology. Another major focus is the advanced treatment of complex aortic pathology – aneurysms and dissections. In addition, particular attention was paid to the endovascular treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary hypertension.
The international forum includes panel discussions with more than 20 international speakers, practical workshops with training simulators and a poster session with awards. More than 9 clinical cases with single-vessel treatment of a wide range of vascular pathology were presented. They were broadcast live from 2 university hospitals in Sofia.
The scientific meeting is organized by the Bulgarian Society of Endovascular Therapy with co-chairs prof. Ivo Petrov, prof. Vasil Chervenkov and Assoc. Vasil Velchev. The congress is one of the largest and most important educational medical conferences in the region with exceptional international resonance and importance.
