Official partner of the Pediatric Meeting “With Care for the Children”

Reimex Pharma became an official partner and gold sponsor of the specialized healthcare event in the field of children’s healthcare and was among the leading pharmaceutical companies that supported the event.

In the period 28 September – 1 October 2023 in Nessebar was held the VI Pediatric Meeting ” With Care for the Children “. It was organized by the Knowledge Gives Life Foundation, together with the Department of Pediatrics of the Medical University – Sofia and with the support of the Bulgarian Pediatric Association.

For the sixth consecutive year, the event attracted great public interest, bringing together more than 400 specialists from various fields of pediatrics and 60 speakers with proven expertise in the field of children’s healthcare. The Scientific Committee of the VI Pediatric Meeting “With Care for the Children” was chaired by Prof. Ivan Litvinenko and prof. Daniela Avdzhieva-Tzavella.

Over the years, the Pediatric Meeting “With Care for the Children” has established itself as a center of highly qualified, leading specialists in various fields of children’s healthcare. The program included scientific sessions, symposia and clinical case presentations in the following areas: intensive care, cardiology, pulmonology, screening, neonatology, gastroenterology otolaryngology, pulmonology and rheumatology.

The lecturers, part of the three-day scientific program, were authoritative medical specialists with many years of experience in the field of pediatrics. Some of them were Dr. Genoveva Tacheva – Deputy Director of Medical Activity at the Children’s Hospital Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev and Dr. Petar Chipev – Head of the Sleep Breathing Disorders Working Group of InSpiro Foundation. They presented scientific information on “Diagnosis of narcolepsy in children” and “Therapeutic options in the treatment of children with narcolepsy” and presented part of the product range offered by Reimex Pharma related to the treatment of this disease.

Therapy for the rare genetic disease bullous epidermolysis bullosa – dystrophic and borderline, was presented by Dr. Kosara Drenovska – Head of the Department of Autoimmune and Bullous Diseases at Alexandrovska University Hospital. Dr. Drenovska presented scientific information about the disease and presented Reimex Pharma’s products, which are suitable for the treatment, to the audience.

At the event Reimex Pharma was represented by Yanko Popstoilov – Manager, Gergana Kostadinova – Commercial Director and Stanislava Prokopieva – Master Pharmacist. The representatives of Reimex Pharma held bilateral working meetings with renowned medical specialists, to whom they presented the company’s activities and its medicinal products and medical devices.
